simplem, maybe you put on too much on the pan, grease wise?? I made them and they were easy, came out great, my mom would not stop eating them. Make a nice gift!

Has anyone actually tried these? I thought they sounded like a fun thing to serve or bring to parties. I tried them one night and I thought the baking time was a little too long. They ended up getting very brown because of the grease on the pan. Not really burned, just coated in brown... I definitely would not have given them to anyone. They tasted good, but looked awful... What kind of candies have worked for you?
