Make a lighter snickerdoodle so you can enjoy more of the rich cinnamon-sugar taste you love.

Yes, it made 4 dozen. They were wonderful! I had a slight pre-bake freak out, but it worked out. They were light, soft, & great to eat! I definately will make these again! I made a dough one day & baked them 2 days later. This was a pleasure to make & give to my family!

I love these cookies! They are light and perfect. Great for my house because my parents are on diets, but I NEED to have cookies in the house. Always seems to make more than 4 dozen, usually closer to 5 dozen, but I'm not complaining :)

If you are expecting traditional snickerdoodles with this recipe, you will likely be disappointed. I mixed two batches, following the recipe TO THE LETTER, and neither came out with the crunchy-on-the-outside-chewy-on-the-inside texture I grew up with. That said, they are still a delicious cookie, but the texture is light and airy - almost cake-like. Great for dunking.

I usually don't care for snickerdoodles, but this recipe was okay. My finace LOVED these cookies, and they are better for him than the regular snickerdoodles.

These were OK, but not the real thing. They burn much easier than the regular ones if you aren''t paying attention. Thought I would try the "lighter" recipe. I will stick to the old fashioned snickerdoodles from my childhood. Just can''t beat those!!!

Recipe is good. Depending on your oven setting, be sure to bake cookies between 6 to 7 minutes or less.
