Made this today - decided I wanted a cake instead of a bread so I layered it in a 9x13 cake pan (batter/cinnamon sugar/batter/cinnamon sugar) and baked for about 28 minutes. It was absolutely gorgeous!

The raw dough tasted ok, but the finished product doesn't really taste like snickerdoodles. It is a tastey cinnamon quick bread.

I loved this bread. It is so easy to make and tastes just like snickerdoodles. I had company and it was all gone before it cooled. No need for butter or anything. Great!!!

OK so this bread is YUMMY if you follow it to the letter. Tastes just like a Snickerdoodle cookie. However, the batter certainly doesn't make 2 loaves if you follow the amounts on the recipe. Mine fell far short, i had to spread the layer thin and wasnt able to do 2 layers for cinn mixture. Aside from the amounts being off (or maybe it was me but I dont think so this time) it was yum. Would recommend.

Not bad, taste more like a cinnamon coffee cake. Snickerdoodles have Cream of Tartar in them so next time I'll add some and see if that makes it taste like a Snickerdoodle.
