pouch Betty Crocker™ peanut butter cookie mix
tablespoons butter, melted
tablespoon vanilla
1 1/2
cups milk chocolate chips (9 oz)
to 8 regular-size chocolate-covered peanut butter cup candies, unwrapped
1 1/2
cups candy-coated chocolate candies

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Line large cookie sheet with parchment paper. In large bowl, stir together cookie mix, butter, vanilla and egg until well mixed. Stir in chocolate chips.
  • 2 For each cookie, press 1/4 cup dough around 1 peanut butter cup candy (make sure dough is sealed completely around candy); place on cookie sheet. Press chocolate candies all over top of each.
  • 3 Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until set in center. Cool on cookie sheet 1 to 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack. Cool completely.

Expert Tips

When pressing the chocolate candies on top of the cookie dough, be generous! Even if it seems like you’ve put a ton of candies on top of the dough, the cookies will spread when they cook, so put more than you think you’ll need for great-looking cookies.

These cookies bake BIG! Try cutting the cooled cookies into four “pizza”-shaped pieces for easy-to-eat, kid-friendly portions.
