Snappy Seafood Salad

Ingredients

cups uncooked medium pasta shells (5 ounces)
2/3
cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

tablespoon chili sauce or cocktail sauce
1/3
cup small pitted ripe olives

cups bite-size pieces lettuce

package (8 ounces) frozen seafood chunks (imitation crabmeat), thawed

small tomato, cut into 8 wedges

  • 1 Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. Rinse with cold water; drain.
  • 2 Mix mayonnaise and chili sauce in large bowl. Add pasta and olives; toss. Add lettuce and seafood; toss. Serve with tomato wedges.

You can replace the seafood chunks in this recipe with 1 package (8 ounces) frozen cooked salad shrimp, thawed.
