Snappy Seafood Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked medium pasta shells (5 ounces)
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce or cocktail sauce
  • 1/3 cup small pitted ripe olives
  • 3 cups bite-size pieces lettuce
  • 1 package (8 ounces) frozen seafood chunks (imitation crabmeat), thawed
  • 1 small tomato, cut into 8 wedges

Steps

    Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. Rinse with cold water; drain.

    Mix mayonnaise and chili sauce in large bowl. Add pasta and olives; toss. Add lettuce and seafood; toss. Serve with tomato wedges.

  • You can replace the seafood chunks in this recipe with 1 package (8 ounces) frozen cooked salad shrimp, thawed.
