tablespoon prepared horseradish

cup mayonaise

teaspoon pepper

cup bread crumbs

tablespoon melted butter
  1. Peel carrots - slice diagonally. Cook for 10 minutes in water until tender. Save 1/4 cup of carrot water. Putcarrots into greased baking dish.
  2. Mix onion, horseradish, mayonnaise, pepper and reserved carrot water. Pour over carrots. Bake 30 minutes uncovered at 350 degrees.
  3. Toss bread crumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle bread crumbs over carrots. Bake 15 minutes uncovered.
  4. Serves 8
