The recipe says it serves 4 yet it calls for 6 pork chops and only 1 cup of uncooked rice. Confused.

Awesome recipe, I don't use the progresso soup. I just mix up the envelope of onion soup and its perfect. I am making it again tonite, thinking I might add the mushroom soup too this time.

Loved this recipe and will make again. Another way to fix pork chop is to brown as stated and layer scalloped potatoes over them. Bake for about 45 minutes, delicious!

OMG! This was such a different take on porkchops! I am soo tired of making the same ol' same ol', and when I saw this, I thought, hmm something quick and different. I added sliced mushroom and let those cook down. I also made a rice pilaf for a side. The hubby (who normally HATES onion) absolutely LOVED this! I think this would make a great salisbury steak meal..just use premade burger patties!

I would like to make this but, I read that some are adding beef broth. Are they adding that with the Progresso soup too? It all sounds so good.
