Ingredients

pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker® peanut butter cookie mix
Water, vegetable oil and egg called for in cookie mix directions
1
container Betty Crocker® Rich & Creamy chocolate frosting
2
cups miniature marshmallows
2
cups Golden Grahams® cereal

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Make cookie dough as directed on pouch. Press dough into ungreased 13x9-inch pan.
  • 2 Bake 16 to 18 minutes or until golden brown around edges.
  • 3 Spoon frosting into microwavable bowl. Microwave uncovered on High 15 to 20 seconds; stir frosting until smooth. Reserve 1/4 cup. Pour remaining frosting over warm bars. Sprinkle marshmallows and cereal over frosting.
  • 4 Bake 3 to 5 minutes longer or until marshmallows are puffed. Cool 15 minutes. Drizzle reserved frosting over bars. Cool completely, about 30 minutes. For bars, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows.

These are absolutely amazing!! I have made them many times and each time they are a big hit. They disappear in minutes from the trey. They can be served the next day but stick each piece in microwave for 8 seconds just before serving. People don't seem to mind when they get their hands on it.

These taste wonderfully delicious!! My friend actually made these....she used graham crackers crumbs instead of the cereal! It makes a world of difference!!

I rated these a 2... only because my husband and son did like them. The golden grahams (which I love) were horrible on these brownies. The texture of them was like cardboard... and ruined it for me. I was expecting much more. I wont make these again.
