I used Graham cracker cereal and chocolate chips instead of the whole Graham cracker and milk chocolate bar. They turned out great!

I don't think any of the brownie based recipes here have been anything but "5 spoons" - all wonderful, and this is no exception. Perfect amount of marshmallows/candy. However, I started mixing and realized I was out of grahams.....so, I added a half cup of walnuts and continued in a 9" pan. Excellent....and any decent cook should know.......KEEP YOUR EYE ON THE BROILER PREP! Also, I used a chefs knife dipped in hot water then shaken to cut them....it worked well....the small amount of heat/moisture really helped.

SO EASY and SO DELICIOUS! Since making these for a Memorial Day picnic, they have been requested for Father's Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and my DBF's birthday. He improved on the presentation by heating the brownies (if they are cooled before serving) and adding a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream to the top. Be careful not to put the pan back in for more than one minute--the marshmallows and graham crackers burn easily (and make a nasty-smelling mess).

Very rich and delicious! I used a 13 x 9 pan for the brownies. I also used the XL Hershey's chocolate bar (4.4 oz) broken into small pieces. The 2 cups of miniature marshmallows was not enough, so I added more until the entire brownie surface was covered. I have already pinned this recipe on my "Desserts" board on Pinterest.

This was good, but I'll change a couple of things next time to make it perfect. For example: The Betty Crocker® Original Supreme Premium brownie mix was too sweet. Next time, I'll use another type of Betty crocker brownie mix or I will omit the hershey chocolate. And I'll use an 11x7 pan to make thinner brownies. Once you put the marshmallows on top, make sure you watch it for 30-60 seconds or they'll burn really bad.

I made these for a backyard BBQ and they were a huge hit! The brownies were ooey gooey and they tasted wonderfully like s'mores. I put the brownies under the broiler again after I added the chocolate to have them incorporated a little bit more. They melted into the brownies but still said "Hershey" on them, too adorable! Would make these brownies again and again!

I made these for my daughter's summer theater class and people were practically fighting over them! So many people were asking me for the recipe so I posted it on my business website. :) I'm making another batch for a party tomorrow night. Here are a couple little adjustments that I made... I just used a plain brownie mix so it wasn't too super sweet. I also pulled the brownies out of the oven about 5 mins before they were done baking (as someone else suggested), added the marshmallows and gram crackers, then put them back in the over for the remaining 5 mins. Then I set the broiler to low for about a min before the marshmallows were a nice golden brown. They were AMAZING, even served at room temp. :)

These brownies rock! I have been craving smores for weeks. It has been so hot out that I hate to make a fire and hover over it. I made these yesterday in a 9 X 13 pan and ate nearly half of it in the first few hours. My husband & 3 year old loved them too. They are calling my name on the counter. Highly recommend.

I thought that the brownies were easy to make. To me they were too chocolaty, but my husband liked them, but he said that they were too sweet with the hershey choc. in the brownies and on top, it was just really chocolaty. So next time I am going to try making it with out the hershey choc. mixed in with the brownie batter. Otherwise everything else was good, it was just too sweet for me so I will just unsweeten it up a bit.
