Ingredients

1/2: cup mini marshmallows

1: package instant chocolate pudding (prepared according to directions)

1/3: cup crushed graham crackers

1: tablespoon melted butter

1/2: teaspoon powdered sugar

1: cup chocolate ice cream

2: cups milk

Directions

1 Line small loaf pan with plastic wrap.
2 Add enough marshmallows to create a single layer.
3 Spoon 1/3-1/2 cup chocolate pudding over the mixture.
4 Mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and powdered sugar. Spoon enough of the mixture over pudding to create a thin layer, pressing into pudding with back of spoon.
5 Spoon softened chocolate ice cream over to create another layer.
6 Add enough marshmallows to create a final layer and freeze.

Made this freezer cake for my brothers b-day I was looking for something fun and cool since it was middle of July. But.... We took the cake out of the freezer maybe 10mins before serving it but the top started to melt really quick. So my brother cut into the cake but as the top was melting the middle part (the pudding part) stayed rock hard. I think it took a good 30mins or so for the middle to thaw out. So we ate the cake in layers. Other then the middle staying hard it was a good cake and very easy to make.
