Different, tasty, and easy to prepare. I made mine with yellow corn grits, did not use the chipotle chiles, and used chives instead of green onions. This is one of those dishes you can substitute what you have and it still comes out delicious.

I tried this after coming across the pic and just happened to have a bag of shrimp in the freezer and a bag of grits. Two of my fav's, so you I just had to try this. I did it for my wife and she loves it! I'm the man! Thanks Betty!
