This is one of my family's favorite recipes. We cook this for the extended family too and people request this dish again and again. Even our 4 year old loves it. The avacado sauce, sundried tomatoes, and smokiness of the turkey are such a perfect combination.

This recipe was great for my whole family. It really dressed up the regular quesadilla (which my kids love) and made it a little more unique (which I like). And it was very easy, which was great considering I don''t love cooking! The flavor was great. A huge hit

I love smoked turkey, but this combination was AWFUL!! The cream cheese mixture had a good flavor, but it would have been better with chicken or with no meat at all.
