Get the taste of duck delicately with orange, apple and onion. Best of all, your slow cooker does the work.

This recipe as it is has major issues: 1. Two wild duck breasts will not serve four people. Depending on the type of duck you're using, I'd recommend at least 2 breasts *per person*. Maybe more if you have teal breasts, or similar small birds. 2. The picture is NOT of duck, that is chicken or maybe domestic turkey. Wild duck is very dark, purple almost. 3. The cooking time is way too long. Over-cooked duck gets tough, we prefer ours to be just a little bit under done in the very center of the breast. Good idea, but I needed to alter it (pretty much to a whole new recipe) to make it work.
