smelled great but I didn't cook it long enough and left the cover on after I turned it off. turned out more like bread pudding and it wasn't as good. would try again and be more precise with cooking. Also, directions would be better if recipe added that the egg separated would use both parts. I didn't read ahead before I dumped out the white to mix with cream cheese.

This came out hard and dry, I think I overcooked it. The directions are very ambiguous, with a cook time of 'between two and three hours' didn't work for me. Also, there is no way to properly check for doneness, because the toothpick in the center kept coming out uncooked, and the sides were getting dry. I was bitterly disappointed, because it smelled so good and I was really looking forward to eating this, but in the end it was a burned up gloppy mess!

We couldn't wait to eat this! It filled the house with such a delicious smell. I used a vanilla cake mix and sugar-free instant white chocolate pudding. The cake was mildly sweet and eating it warm was heavenly! I will try different variations in the future, using different berries and cake mixes.
