We never have stale bread, so we put our bread in the dehydrator because you cannot make a good bread pudding with fresh bread. We added a touch of almond extract and threw in some frozen raspberries. I cannot think of a more perfect combination than white chocolate and raspberries! YUMMMMM!!!

These weren't that great. The flavor was good. But IF I were to try this a second time I would start off with stale bread vs fresh, so it can soak up the liquid. 2nd I would would double or triple the chocolate and the liquid .

I made this for Christmas dinner with our extended family this year. I doubled it & added cinnamon & used Italian bread since our store was out of French. It was wonderful. Will definitely make this again.

Fabulous recipe!!! I doubled the recipe, baked it in the oven, and then topped it with Dulce de leche sauce. It was fantastic!! I'll definitely be making this again!!

I used a loaf of regular white bread that I had in the refrigerator instead of the french bread. I also used the almond extract instead of the vanilla. My husband and I both liked this dessert and I will make it again. A very easy dessert to make.

If you can not find or forget the vanilla extract, vanilla rum maked a great substitution!!

This was the first slow cooker recipe I have made, (only had the cooker for less then 24 hours)but it was very simple and delicious. Using my coworkers as guinea pigs, i brought the premade mixture to work with the new crock pot and cooked it 4 hours on low and have no leftovers!! recomended for time and ease!!

This was easy and a great flavor for little effort! I used the technique of the other reviewer by using the almond extract instead of vanilla and it was great. I may have even had a little extra spill in when I poured it since my boyfriend likes things sweet. Maybe that's what the other reviewer thought it was missing. I'll make it again for sure!!

This dessert was so yummy! I substituted almond extract for the vanilla because I think it better compliments the white chocolate. I also used fat free sweetened condensed milk to make it a lighter recipe. You would never in a million years guess that this was a low fat dessert. We will be having this one again.
