Chicken and hominy are a tasty change of pace from ground beef and kidney beans in a savory soup-based chili.

Delicious, hearty soup that really hits the spot on a cold day. I added a cup of chicken stock to thin it out a bit, and the topping of sour cream when served makes it very creamy. Husband approved too! Served this with some homemade corn bread--yum dinner! Will definitely make again!

Made this today, it was easy and good! My husband said it was great after the first bite. I used skinless chicken tenders slightly thawed. I wouold of preferred it more spicy, but it was just perfect for the rest of the family. Served with cornbread.

This recipe turned out great! I really liked it and my chicken-avoiding, read-meat eater husband even commented how good it was! It was really easy to put together. I used the chicken thighs and one breast, but next time I will cut the chicken into bite size pieces before putting it in the crock pot. I had to trim a little fat off the thighs, but the dark meat added lots of flavor. I served it with corn muffins and we really enjoyed this hearty supper. I will definitely add this recipe to my regular rotation!

This was very good. I used canned black beans, and chicken breast. I also cut down the amount of taco seasoning to two table spoons so that it was not too salty. I also added frozen roasted corn. I served it with garlic bread sticks.

This was pretty good, I personally don't love green chiles so I substituted diced jalapeño. Added some cheese before serving and ate it with tortilla chips. My husband says 3.5, I say 4. There wasn't a lot of liquid, so if you do like your chili more soupy than a stew, I would add some water or more soup to thin it out. Next time I will add some lime juice and more hominy!

This is really delicious served with shredded colby/jack cheese, tortilla chips and sour cream. I love the hominy in this dish. I used regular ingredients instead of low sodium and used a little bit of Mrs. Dash chili lime seasoning for half the taco seasoning mix. I had family and friends over for dinner when I made this and everybody loved it.

This is my families' favorite. My husband can not eat regular chili due to a tomato allergy, but absolutely loves the idea of chili. This gives him the satisfaction of chili without getting sick. This recipe is extremely easy to make. I also make it for pot lucks or even Sunday football as a dip for chips. This recipe is a weekly meal in our house.

This is the BEST chicken chili I have ever had. Took it to work and it was the hit of the party. My family devours it. It is better after sitting overnight - the heat from the chilies comes out - one of my favorites from Betty Crocker

This is our favorite chili in my house. We make it at least once every few weeks. We love it with a dollop of sour cream, or sprinkled with cheese. And, as with most chilies, it's even better the next day!
