Serve as a casserole for dinner with a little warmed gravy from a jar spooned over each serving.

Well, I wasn't so lucky. I just salvaged it for the dogs to eat.:) Mine turned out very mushy, like oatmeal and the celery wasn't done. Any suggestions as to how I can make it better next time? I did add a little extra broth because it looked like it was going to be burned...is that how yours looked? I guess by adding the extra broth, it made it mushy. So, did you follow the exact directions?

No leftovers here either and yes the amount of meat would help. Tasted like Thanksgiving without all the mess! Easy to double also!
