Ingredients

cups sliced peeled Granny Smith apples (4 medium)

cups sliced peeled Braeburn apples (4 medium)

cup butter or margarine, melted

tablespoons fresh lemon juice

cup packed brown sugar

teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4
cup apple cider

  • 1 Spray 5- to 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In slow cooker, mix apples, butter and lemon juice. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon; toss to coat. Pour cider over apples.
  • 2 Cover; cook on Low heat setting 3 hours 30 minutes or until apples are tender.
