I followed the advice of carter214, and it turned out great. The ginger was a really nice touch. Easy and yummy.

Pork had no flavor. Will not be using this recipe again.

Great recipe! My husband and I enjoyed it because the pork was tender and flavorful, and delicious with the fruit sauce over rice. It was easy to assemble in the crock pot. Instead of 8 ounces of dried fruit, I added 4 ounces of dried apples, and about 1/2 cup raisins. When I make it again I'll try dried apricots since we think we'd like a tangy flavor. I passed along this recipe to two friends, fellow foodies who will appreciate the simplicity and good flavor!

What a delicious meal, ideal for the winter months. I added apricots, dates, cranberrys and rasins - it was aromic and all of us were hungry by the time it was done cooking. The kids liked it and had seconds and I am going to use again while entertaining guests. Now one thing I added that was not on the directions was a bit of ginger - good flavor.

Not bad but did not have as much flavor to it as I had hoped.

This was a good recipe, very easy to make before going to work. Husband enjoyed it. Was not too sweet and the pork was fork tender.

New to slow cooking and found this easy and soooo delicious. I used dried apricots, raisins and cranberries. I also used 1 cup of apple cider - it was absolutely delicious. My slow cooker is huge so I used the whole package of pork loin which included two small loins.
