3-4 LB Roast

Small-Medium Potatoes (cut up in 1in pieces)

LB Baby Carrots

Stalks Celery (cut up in 1in pieces)

Onion (wedged)
Season Salt (to taste)
Garlic Salt/Powder (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)

can Cream of Mushroom Soup (large can)
Water
  1. Season both sides of roast with season salt, garlic salt/powder, & pepper.
  2. Place roast in slow cooker with potatoes, baby carrots, celery, & onion.
  3. Pour cream of mushroom soup over top.
  4. Add about 3/4 can of water.
  5. Cover & cook on low for 8 hours.
