I love pork chops and regardless of the flavor of this recipe this picture of this food is the most bland disgusting photo I have seen of food. All that white rice and the grave a pale taupe just makes it look distasteful. Put some peas/carrots on the side or a side of broccoli and baby carrots and just show 'some' rice and a little parsley in the gravy or sprinkled on the top that has been chopped fine. Something to make it look more palatable. We eat with our eyes first then with our nose and then with our mouth.

Recipe is awfully good but it is hard to serve 6 people with 4 pork chops.
