This turned out delicious and great for a quick week night dinner. The pork came out so tender. This is the way pork chops should always be cooked!! I reduced the water by the 1/4 cup and the stuffing was perfect.

My husband and I LOVED this. The only thing I would do differently is add a little less water next time.

I made this yesterday for Father's Day. It was very good, except the dressing was too moist. Almost like a pudding. So a bit less water would probably be best. Other than that it turned out great. I used pre-seasoned pork rib-eyes and they were very tender and delicious.

This was a delicious, easy meal. I followed the recipe exactly except I used herb stuffing instead of cornbread, just because that was what I had. My family enjoyed the fruit and nuts in the stuffing but thought they would like to try it without it next time, so that it was we will do. The pork chops were so moist and tender, my ten year old ate 2 of them! I decided at the last minute to peel some carrots and throw them in on top of the pork chops so I wouldn't have to cook anything later. They turned out great, also. Excellent recipe, Betty!
