Expert Tips

More or less sugar can be used in this cobbler depending on the sweetness of the peaches.

To prevent the sides of the cobbler from burning, line the slow cooker with cooking parchment paper.

I had all the ingredients, and started to put this together, when I realized that the bag of frozen peaches was only 3 c. I needed 4 c. of fruit, so I found a pkg of frozed bing cherries in the freezer. I added the cherries to the peaches, and WOW--What a great combination. This was YUMMY.
