Potatoes vary in size. The microwave cook time for these potatoes is based on medium potatoes.

If you prefer, you could also serve the beef and mushrooms over your favorite Betty Crocker® mashed potato mix.

This is simply the easiest recipe to make, and very very good. It happens to be one of my hubbies favorites, in fact I am fixing for dinner. I do double up on the gravy and the ingredients, except for the mushrooms. We use pretty large potatoes, and we both like lots of gravy. It is so quick to make, and you just pile it all in the slow cooker, and walk away...I think prep time of 25min is a bit long, it certainly does not take me that long.
