It is so easy & very tasty. We used Italian bread instead of the rolls. My 11 year old LOVED it. My younger kids ate the meat dipped in bbq sauce. Just shared this recipe with my Mom. I will definitely make again.

This was a wonderful recipe. We had plenty for leftovers the next day which was even better because it was definitely better the next day and I did not have to cook a second day in a row. Roast had a wonderful flavor and was very tender. FYI...I think the nutritional facts do not include the french rolls.
