I followed the recipe exactly the first time, turned out great. BUT, the second time I used 2 12 oz cans chicken breast instead, cut the cooking time to 30 minutes and omit the salt. Perfect. I have doubled the chili powder to spice it up some.

Just made this... it is fabulous! I added a jalapeno- seeded chopped pepper, used chipolte diced tomatoes, all the same as recipe except omitted some of the cayenne pepper. Excellent! Will definately keep this recipe!

This was really good. I used chicken breasts and they came out perfectly moist and delicious. We prefer it with a little more kick so I added extra dried red chili pepper flakes and some sriracha sauce about 25 minutes before we ate it. Can't wait to eat the leftovers!

This was a really great recipe. So easy to fix and loaded with great flavor. It lends itself to many different versions. I knew I didn't have tome to shred the chicken so I used chicken fajita strips, and I used leftover corn chips instead of tortilla strips. Loved the cilantro in it too.

Moy Deliciouso!! Used Chicken breasts instead of thighs and also added a can of diced green chilies for a little kick. Also added another small can of chix broth at the end to thin it out a little. Topped it with shredded cheese and instead of the tortilla strips I used crushed up tortilla chips. (You know, the ones at the end of the bag that are too small for salsa)
