Great recipe! I added chopped bell pepper and frozen corn. I also used 2 pounds of chicken breasts. Only thing I thought would have made it better would be spice. Recipe would be great with some chopped jalepenos. I made this dish for super bowl and it was a big hit!!!

This was tasty, but I don't think the chips should have gone in until serving time -- they turned to mush quite quickly. Also, the unit of measure was missing for them: 1 "cup of", perhaps?

Very good and cost effective recipe. The cost of ingredients was $11.10 (for 6 servings that's $1.85/serving). The preparation was extremely simple. The chicken was tender and fell apart. Some of the flavor was a little bland for my taste, so I think the next batch will be spiced a bit more with more salt, maybe black beans, and some more chili powder. But overall very good and EASY to prepare.
