I have been making this sauce over a year now and my whole family loves it! I use 1 lb chop meat and 1 lb hot sausage (we like spicy) . It's the most requested meal in this household

This is a good alternative to jar sauce. I used Italian sweet sausage, Garlic Garlic instead of real garlic, omitted the mushrooms, and only used about 1/4 teaspoon of crushed red peppers because I didn't want it to get too spicy. I will probably make again and keep adjusting what I need to in order to get it exactly the way we like it.
