Ingredients

1: bag (16 oz) frozen cooked Italian meatballs, thawed

1 3/4: cups Progresso® beef flavored broth (from 32-oz carton)

1: cup water

1: can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano, undrained

1: can (19 oz) Progresso® cannellini beans, drained

1/3: cup shredded Parmesan cheese

I was not intending on changing this recipe at all, but forgot to put it into my slow cooker before going to work. When I got home from work I decided to throw everything together into a big pot and put it on medium high for about an hour. While it was boiling I decided to add some pasta to it, cause my family loves pasta. Anyhow, this was so delicious and so simple. I did Italian seasoning to it, just for my preference. So, if you forget to put it into the slow cooker like I did, don't fret, just put it in a pot on the stove :)

Sounds good and will try it..being on Weight Watchers can someone tell me what a serving is so I can enter it into my tracker. Is it 1/2 cup, 1 cup etc. Thanks
