  • Hoisin is a thick, dark-red sauce made from soybeans, garlic and chilies. Its sweet-and-spicy flavor is popular for cooking and as a table condiment. Look for hoisin sauce in the grocery store's Asian food section. Refrigerarte hoisin sauce once the jar is opened.
  • To quickly warm individual tortillas, place them in a plastic food storage bag, between microwave-safe paper towels or two inverted microwave-safe dinner plates. Microwave them on HIGH 10 to 15 seconds, or until warm.
