It tastes like you slaved over the stove all day long. Delicious! I have a hard time getting my husband to eat soup, but he requests this meal all the time. He doesn't even know that it's relatively good for him! We use low sodium broth and bouillon to lower the salt content.

I put all the ingredients on this recipe together on Thursdsay night and popped it in the fridge (the only thing I added was some seasoning to the steak meat. On Friday, I started the crockpot before I left work. It was ready when I got home. We had it for dinner with some Texas Toast on the side. My husband and I both really enjoyed the flavor of this soup. It was tasty and filling. It was so good, we looked forward to having leftovers the next day. Super easy to make and very good. I recommend it highly.
