A zippy mustard sauce nicely coats tender pieces of colorful vegetables and smoked turkey sausage.

I did not care for this AT ALL. The sausage got this strange consistency from being in the crockpot too long. Perhaps full-fat sausage would be better. I found the tomato flavor to be very dominant and it didn't quite blend well with the other flavors.

I used the previous reviers suggestions about doubling the sauce and using the turkey sausage. The end result wasn't bad, I nibbled at it, but my husband asked that I not make this dish again. The flavor of the dijob really turned him off, I think.

Absolutely wonderful dish! My husband keep repeating how good it was. A couple things I changed (personal preference): (1) doubled Italian dressing/Dijon mustard mix; (2) used about 1/4 cup (or less) onion; (3) substituted turkey sausage for kielbasa & (4) used two cans of the diced tomatoes called for. Definitely a keeper recipe. Thanks!
