Escape the dinner doldrums with this tropical-inspired slow-cooked ham recipe. The sweetness of mango and pineapple is nicely offset by the jalapeño’s subtle heat.

This was an awesome Easter recipe! Everyone enjoyed it very much. The only thing I did differently, was use fresh pineapple (instead of canned) and added some fresh cut mango at the end to the sauce as well. Turned out great! Highly recommend it!

I did this recipe. It was wonderful. I made a few changes so as to make it my own because some of the things where hard to find, but it came out well. I will be making it again sometime soon!

Extraordinarily easy to make (if you can find pineapple preserves in the grocery store). Incredible flavor.

The idea of sweet and hot is GREAT but I'd like to see a recipe that is not 'a jar of this and a can of that'. I am banishing high fructose corn syrup from my cooking and many/most preserves are full of it. So how about a scratch recipe using fresh fruit.

Try selecting the recipe and then printing the selection. That's what I do to avoid the pop up blocker thing. I haven't made the recipe yet, but it sounds good

I can't get your recipe print link to open so I can have it in a convenient place to make it, and I really would like to make this dish for Easter. If I wanted to make this, I'd have to write it out by hand, or keep running to the computer. In fact, I can't get the Parmesan Asparagus recipe print button to work, either. The email, share, and other links work, but not the print button. Please fix. Thanks
