I made this for a crock pot cook off at my work and, while I didn't win, thought it was a home run!! Quick, easy and tasty! Only change I made was to use cream of mushroom soup and added a bit more half and half. The frozen veg was a stroke of genius and was just the right amount. Definitely will make again!!

Took this to a dinner party as a 2nd course (of the 5) and EVERYONE loved it. I left out the onions - but it was SO GOOD. I made bread bowls to eat it in (Pillsbury Italian bread rolled into balls and baked, then hollowed out) and it is now on the permanent section of my recipe book. SO EASY AND SOOO DELICIOUS!!

I've added this to my recipe book of things I make over and again. I make it exactly as the recipe reads. Delicious, healthy. It's a keeper. I love that it cooks in the slow cooker and is ready without fuss at all by dinner.

I haven't made this yet, but it sounds like something my family would like. I 'mnot sure I would use frozen mixed vegetables,though. I might choose a more sophisticated blend. Also, I would lightly brown the ham to give it more flavor before putting it in the pot.

Everyone loved it. Used smoked ham which added to the flavor and substituted carrot slices and canned sweet corn for the mixed veggies. Will certainly make it again after the positive remarks.
