Invite guests over for dinner, to grab a bowl of this hearty stew that’s slow cooked with ham, veggies and lentils.

Ingredients

cups diced cooked ham

cups chopped celery
2
cups chopped carrot
2
cups dried lentils, sorted, rinsed
1
large onion, chopped
2
cans (10 1/2 oz each) condensed chicken broth
4
cups water

Directions

  • 1 In 3 1/2 to 4-quart slow cooker, combine all ingredients; mix well.
  • 2 Cover; cook on Low setting 7 to 9 hours.
