Wonderful! Made this three times now. Family thought it smelled weird but has requested it the two previous times. Suggestions for prep: really spend time cutting the cabbage thin- cut both directions and watch for large white pieces that tend never to soften. I do use one and a half times the juice and vinegar (not extra sugar)to create good juices.
