So yummy, put in the crockpot before work and it's ready when you get home! It's one of my husband's favorites. We add provolone cheese and A1 to our sandwiches! Yum! Definately will make many more times.

WOW, very good with very little effort. The Au Jus was a little too "onion'y" for my husband but everyone else thought it was great. Served it on a french roll (no cheese). Will do this one again.

This is tasty!! I used a chuck roast instead of the brisket (beef briskets, for whatever reason, aren't always easy to find) and just "pulled" the beef instead of slicing it. We like to top each sandwich with a slice of provolone and serve it on smaller soft rolls.

My older son and I love this recipe. I don't get to make it too often only because it is hard to find the brisket in my local grocery stores but when i do there is never any leftovers. Thanks Betty.

Recipe is super easy and the meat and au jus tasted great. The only struggle I had was cutting the meat. It was shredding to pieces and had to be crammed into the rolls versus sliced. No biggie...tasted great!

We loaded up the crock pot for a football Sunday with this recipe. I must say we were skeptical of a recipe with only three ingredients. However we were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful flavor and aroma. This will be a regular meal for our football days.

This is a favorite at our house. I use two cans of beef broth and 2 packets of french onion soup mix. I also recommend using kaiser rolls from a bakery. They tend to hold up better when dipping. I usually slice them myself and toast them in the toaster before serving. I have made this for family and friends and it is a hit!
