This turned out really good and had a very nice flavor. I have a 6-qt. slow cooker, so I doubled the recipe. I used chicken breast meat because that's what I had in the freezer, 2 jars of cheesy garlic parmesan alfredo sauce, a jar of sweet red peppers and sherry cooking wine. I cooked it on low for 5 hours, added the broccoli, and continued cooking on low for about 1-1/2 hours, then added the cooked fettuccine. I sprinkled Parmesan cheese on top, and served it with a loaf of garlic bread. Yummy!
