Slow Cooker Dill-Turkey Chowder

I think it is pretty good but I'm not exactly sure what a NEW potato is. Also, cut the dill weed in half as it's a very pungent herb and overtakes most of the other flavors.

Easy and pretty good recipe. I bought a turkey tenderloin on sale and looked up this recipe. I used about half of the meat they recommended and that was plenty for my family.

This is a family favorite. My husband and my 1 year old love this and so do I. It has such a nice flavor and it's so easy to make. I usually substitute the turkey breasts for chicken, since I also have chicken breasts at home and usually buy fat-free 1/2 & 1/2 and it comes out just as good. A Perfect comfort food, espeically for a chilly fall or winter day.
