When there's just two cowboys, here's just what you want to rope in for a meal.

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces beef stew meat
  • 1 potato, unpeeled, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can (16 ounces) baked beans in barbecue sauce

Steps

    In 2 1/2- to 3 1/2-quart slow cooker, mix beef, potato, onion, salt and pepper. Spread beans over beef mixture.

    Cover and cook on low heat setting 8 to 10 hours or until beef is tender.
