You have the luck of the Irish on your side when you rely on your slow cooker! The perfectly seasoned corned beef turns out tender every time.

Well, it took me over a half an hour to prepare it and I burnt my counter due to a faulty crock pot.

I have not mastered the are of cooking with a slow cooker but I still loved the recipe. I ended up finishing the corned beef in a pot on the stove because it wasn't quite done when I got home, but everything else worked out great! Definitely going to try it again!

The heading is corned beef and cabbage, however, I did not see anywhere on how to cook the cabbage, or the potatoes, or the carrots. I know how to cook them in the crockpot, but many do not. The recipe is incomplete.

I have been making corned beef in the slow cooker for years. I can tell you that it always comes out tender and I find that it doesn't shrink that much either.

This is a great recipe for corned beef, easy to make. My family loves this dinner and as my husband has a St. Patty's Day birthday, it's a must for his day. I make a special mustard sauce to serve with it.

This is awesome. It's now the only way my family lets me make corned beef and cabbage. This is also very easy and uses consumer-friendly ingredients and preparation.
