  • 1 Spray inside of 3 1/2- to 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
  • 2 Mix all ingredients in cooker.
  • 3 Cover and cook on low heat setting 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until liquid is absorbed. Stir before serving.
  • 4 Serve warm or chilled. To chill, cool about 2 hours, then spoon pudding into container; cover and refrigerate until chilled.
