Will make this dish soon and I know it will be yummy. I make a similar recipe on the stove-top with corn, onions, mushrooms and a creamy mustard based sauce. Delicious! hmmm, maybe I will combine both recipes.

My girls love this! I use reduced-fat cream plain cream cheese and just add chives. Surprisingly good and also a nice side dish for those big family dinners when your oven and stovetop are full.

Made this dish for an Xmas party earlier this month. Approximately 30 people. Out of all the various dishes that were served at this event the cream corn was singled out by the majority of the guests as being one of the tastiest dishes. BIG THUMBS UP!!!!

This dish was AWESOME!!!! I made it for a recent XMAS party and people approached me to compliment me on the food that was served. Special mention regarding the cream corn dish came from almost every person person at the party. Approximately 30 people. I would definitely recommend this to folks.
