Ingredients

1: lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef

1: medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)

1: package (1.25 oz) Tex-Mex chili seasoning mix

1: can (28 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained

1: can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes, undrained

1: can (15 oz) spicy chili beans, undrained

1: oz unsweetened baking chocolate, coarsely chopped

Directions

1 In 10-inch skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain.
2 Spray 4- to 5-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In cooker, mix beef mixture and remaining ingredients.
3 Cover; cook on Low heat setting 4 to 6 hours. Stir well before serving.
