I have made this many times for different gatherings at church, picnics, dinners and for home. It has always been the first thing to go. I have also cooked this in a pot on the stove. This is a staple in our home.

I made this recipe today and my family liked it. I made my own taco shells as well :-)

This meal lacked taste and generally was nothing special. I didn't even want to keep the leftovers. Disappointing for sure.

This dish is amazing, I added some jalepenos and cayenne pepper for more spice and flavor.

I made this dish for my boyfriend and I. The chicken was tender and cooked thouroughly, but as for flavor, it was a little bland. I would probably try again, with a few alterations such as maybe a spicy taco mix or adding a few different kinds of peppers

made this for my husband and 2 boys (ages 4 and 3) and everyone loved it. didn't even put in the rest of the enchilada sauce or the green onions. just put the meat in a burrito with a little sour cream and salsa. it was a hit and even tasted better on the 2nd day. we'll be making this again!

Substituted chicken breast, meat came out moist. A little bland. would probably try a medium or hot enchilada sauce next time for added flavor. do not like to eat green chilis. used whole green chilis layed over top of chicken breast for flavor but removed prior to serving.

My bf loves to order taco salads from local Mexican restaurants so when I made this I used taco salad bowls instead of the taco shells. THEY WERE A HIT! I added extra lettuce along with all the other ingredients but except corn, I used black beans. BF suggested using corn and black beans. I was also able to find the boneless skinless chicken thighs from Tyson. There were 3lbs in the bag so I only used one as the recipe called. The thighs made the meat so tender and juicy. I will definitely be making these again!

I made this recipe and added a can of black beans as the other members had mentioned using. I also used skinless boneless chicken breast instead of thighs. This recipe came out really good and made my house smell delicious for hours.
