My husband and I loved this recipe. I work night shift so this is not one for fix it and forget it, but we still loved it. I added fresh mushrooms instead of the canned and added the peas into the mix instead of the breading. It saves on another dish to make buscuits and turns out delicious!

My family hated this meal. It was bland and they didn't like anything about it. I particularly didn't care for it either. Do not make this if you like a lot of flavor!

A friend of mine made this recipe and said her husband raved about it. So, I asked for it and thought it sounded tasty especially for a cold Minnesota Winter night and me having a cold. %0d%0a%0d%0aI edited some things on the recipe, though...%0d%0a- We don't care for stew vegetables, so I used a stir fry mix (carrots, snap peas, broccoli, and baby corn) %0d%0a- I left out the mushrooms%0d%0a- I added 2 cloves of garlic and 1/4 tsp of white pepper%0d%0a%0d%0aMy husband and I loved it - definitely hit the spot! I shall surely make it again!%0d%0a%0d%0aIt is helpful to note that the chicken needs to be *raw* when you place it in the crock pot. I was given this recipe in person and went online to see if there were directions on whether the chicken should be raw or cooked (that's how I found this page!).

Quick to fix, I can have all the ingredients on hand easily. I used 1 packet of Bisquik Complete biscuit mix. Loved the convenience, and my hubby loved the dinner. I will make this again.
