It turned out okay but something was just not right about it. The alfredo sauce did not taste good. Would not make it again.

Wow- this recipe just turned out horrible. We didnt even cook it as long as the recipe called for and the noodles turned to mush. I agree with the other review about the tomatoes also- just not the right texture. They were they only thing that did not turn out mushy. VERY BLAND even after added a few seasonings added.

I changed it up a bit...I used chopped broccoli instead of the artichokes simply because I forgot to buy them. I chopped up the sun dried tomatoes and I blanched the egg noodles with the broccoli before adding to the sauce. It was pretty tasty. My husband loved it. He said it was the best pasta he has ever had!
