I gave it a 5 with the changes I made. My husband & I love it this way and I have made it 5 times so far I use 2 jars (16 oz) Alfredo pasta sauce 3/4 cup water 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves 1/2 teaspoon salt 4 cups cooked diced potatoes with onions (cant find these in the store so cut them up and microwave them for a few minutes just to soften them halfway through) 1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch-wide strips 1 bag (1 lb) frozen mixed vegetables (California Blend) 1 can of corn And I cook it for 8 hours on low

Made this for my husband the other night and neither of us liked it. The chicken thighs were not a good choice of meat; the potatoes were undercooked. Won't be making this dish again.

Found it to lack flavor. Also took longer to cook. I gave it 7 hours and potatoes not completely cooked. Will not prepare it again.

Loved this and so did my hubby who is a meat and potatoes kind of guy...I used the reduced fat alfredo sauce and it was delicious as well as easy. Oh, another trick I use for ease it I just through frozen chicken breasts in the crock pot. I do it with all my chicken/crock pot recipes. Just shred or cut up at the end, in the soup or stew...

Liked this & super easy to put together... next time, will add an additional jar of alfredo sauce to make sure its moist & has more "gravy" to it... Will definately make it again!

I made this recently. Skipped the potatoes, but made some pasta and mixed it in just before serving. Came out really good.

My husband loved it and went for seconds! I like to try different recipes @ BC and since this is one of my A+, I don't mind doing it again.
