I had a big review typed up and the website just refreshed and deleted my comments. In summary, this was basically a big pot of light-colored, melted American cheese. I'd suggest searching your favorite web browser for simple cheese fondue recipes instead of using this, and avoid any that call for "cheese product". If it doesn't call for real cheese, you aren't going to get real cheese taste.
